    • IV: NS 250 mL/h x 2 Liters, then Call to Reassess
    • Special: OB consult if pregnant
    • Medications:
      • Antibiotics:
        • Ciprofloxacin 400 mg IV q 12 hours
        • Ceftriaxone or Amp-Gent IV if pregnant
        • Piperacilin/tazobactam or carbapenem if Pseudomonas
      • Phenergan 12.5-25 mg IV q 6 hours prn nausea
    • Call HO: Call for temperature > 38.5 C, SBP < 100, HR > 110
  • Discharge

    • criteria: afebrile, tolerating PO
    • meds: 10-14 days of antibiotics
    • f/u urine culture
