      • children 15 to 25 kg: 2 tabs initially, 2 tabs in 8 hours, then 2 tabs q 12 hours for 2 days
      • children 25 to 35 kg: 3 tabs initially, 3 tabs in 8 hours, then 3 tablets q 12 hours for 2 days
    • or atovaquone-proguanil
      • 4 tabs adult strength (250 milligrams/100 milligrams) daily for 3 days
