    • Diet: As tolerated

    • Labs:
      • CBC, Chem, Ca
      • UA, culture
      • CT or ultrasound if pregnant
      • Stone composition analysis if recovered
    • IV: D5 1/2 NS at 100 mL/h
    • Special: urology consult if infection, renal insufficiency, intractable sx, hydronephrosis, stone > 1cm, duration > 1 month
    • Medications:
      • Morphine sulfate 2-5 mg IV q 3 h prn pain
  • Discharge

    • Criteria
      • stone passed, sx resolved
      • or, normal renal function, no infection, sx controlled on PO meds
