    • Condition: Stable
    • Vital Signs: Routine; check orthostatic vital signs on admission
    • Allergies:
    • Nursing: Fall precautions. Remind patient stand slowly. Assist to the toilet q 3 hours during the day
    • Diet: Regular
    • Activity: Ambulate with Assistance and Fall Precautions 3 x Daily
    • Labs:
      • CBC, chem, glc
      • UA
      • head CT if head trauma
      • xray if body trauma
    • IV: None
    • Special: social work, PT/OT
    • Medications:
      • Acetaminophen 650 mg PO q 6 hours, prn pain
      • d/c HCTZ, amitriptyline, temazepam
      • Vitamin D 800 IU PO qd
      • Calcium carbonate 1 g PO bid
