    • Vital Signs: q 2 hours overnight.

      • CBC (initially with diff), chem, LFTs qday
      • amylase
      • coags: PT, PTT
      • blood cultures x 2
      • RUQ ultrasound
      • Anticipate ERCP in AM
    • IV: NS 250 mL/h for 8 Hours, then Start D5 1/2 NS at 125 mL/h
    • Special: surg consult, cholecystectomy before discharge
    • Medications:
      • Ampicillin 2 g IV q 4 hours
      • Gentamicin 5 mg/kg IV q 24 hours
      • Morphine sulfate 1-5 mg IV q 1 hour prn pain
    • Call HO: HR > 100, SBP < 110, increased RR, or decreased UO
